| The following is a brief summary of some of the coverages afforded by the PEMCO Home Policy.*
Dwelling (Coverage A)
The policy pays for damage to the structure of your home caused by many perils including but not limited to fire and lightning, windstorm or hail, explosion, aircraft or vehicle damage, smoke, vandalism, theft, burglary and certain types of water losses.
Other Structures (Coverage B)
Insures detached buildings on your property such as a detached garage, shed or child's playhouse. Structures used for business purposes are not covered.
Personal Property (Coverage C)
Provides worldwide protection for your personal belongings. Includes coverage for furniture, appliances, clothing and other household goods. Some items such as jewelry, furs, guns, silverware, computers and business equipment have special limitations. Additional coverage is available for those items.

Loss of Use (Coverage D)
Pays necessary increase in living expenses while your home is unlivable due to a covered loss.
Personal Liability (Coverage E)
Protects against losses resulting from bodily injury or property damage suffered by others for which you are liable. Pays court costs as well.
Medical Payments to Others (Coverage F)
Pays medical expenses to guests injured on your property, even if you are not legally responsible for the injury.
